Удаление аккаунта и данных AutoHelp

Вариант 1 — прямо в приложении

  1. Откройте AutoHelp и войдите в свой аккаунт
  2. Перейдите на вкладку «Аккаунт»
  3. Нажмите «Удалить аккаунт» внизу экрана и подтвердите

Вариант 2 — без доступа к приложению

Если вы не можете зайти в приложение (удалили его, забыли пароль и т.п.), напишите на support@autohelp.cloud с адреса email, указанного при регистрации, с темой «Удаление аккаунта». Мы удалим аккаунт в течение нескольких рабочих дней и ответим на письмо.

Что удаляется: имя, email, пароль (хеш), все отправленные заявки о помощи — сразу и безвозвратно.

Что не затрагивается: данные об автомобилях, история обслуживания и напоминания хранятся только на вашем устройстве и удаляются отдельно — вместе с удалением приложения или очисткой его данных в настройках телефона.

Deleting your AutoHelp account and data

Option 1 — inside the app

  1. Open AutoHelp and sign in to your account
  2. Go to the "Account" tab
  3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen and confirm

Option 2 — without access to the app

If you can't sign in (uninstalled the app, forgot your password, etc.), email support@autohelp.cloud from the email address used to register, with the subject "Account deletion". We'll delete your account within a few business days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted: your name, email, password (hash), and all submitted help requests — immediately and permanently.

What's not affected: car data, service history and reminders are stored only on your device and are removed separately — when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in your phone's settings.

Ștergerea contului și datelor AutoHelp

Varianta 1 — direct din aplicație

  1. Deschide AutoHelp și autentifică-te în cont
  2. Mergi la fila „Cont”
  3. Apasă „Șterge contul” în partea de jos a ecranului și confirmă

Varianta 2 — fără acces la aplicație

Dacă nu te poți autentifica (ai dezinstalat aplicația, ai uitat parola etc.), scrie la support@autohelp.cloud de pe adresa de email folosită la înregistrare, cu subiectul „Ștergere cont”. Vom șterge contul în câteva zile lucrătoare și îți vom confirma prin email.

Ce se șterge: numele, emailul, parola (hash-ul), toate cererile de ajutor trimise — imediat și definitiv.

Ce nu este afectat: datele despre mașini, istoricul de service și memento-urile sunt stocate doar pe dispozitivul tău și se elimină separat — odată cu dezinstalarea aplicației sau ștergerea datelor ei din setările telefonului.
